WELCOME 2011.

I won’t say that 2010 was a bad year. But, it had its moments. It takes a lot to get me down, I’d like to believe, but the last quarter of 2010 was rough.

I’d like to say, all my questions and doubts were answered in 2010.

In 2010, I let go of certain expectations. My eyes were opened and I realized, no matter how much I wanted it to finally work out, it was never going to be me.

In 2010, I let go of a relationship that I wasn’t completely sure of. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the friendship didn’t work out either, no matter how much I wished otherwise.

In spite of it all, I believe I learned a lot and it definitely made me stronger. And it wasn’t all bad. Another great year spent with family and friends, finally found a job, and met amazing new people. 

While another year has been (for the most part) good to me, I am ready to leave 2010 behind and move on as the new year comes along.

2011, please be good to me. Thanks. :)
